• In the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, greetings and good wishes to all the believers on behalf of “The Women Ministry, Kumlong Baptist Church”. The Women Ministry is headed by (Associate Pastor, Women) and constituted by 30 members, wherein amongst them, a Recorder is selected to document and account for all the ministerial tasks. The remaining members act as a backbone in dynamically and spiritually venturing together as one in all its fields and tasks related to its ministry.
• As the Biblical Church Model directs, the Women Ministry has been nourishing spiritually without any hindrances under its church annual theme. The Women Ministry has been administering annually without cease by imparting its directive to all the believers.
• The Women Ministry has been contributing a vast array of ministerial roles and spiritual guidance to the women folks specially with respect to the single mothers, widows, domestic helpers, senior citizens and those who are 50 years and below. These projects and missions are fulfilled by organizing various retreats, seminars, spiritual awakening. Bible studies, home visitations, approaching individuals who raise special concerns, individual/group prayers and out of the numerous mission works which are all of equal spiritual importance, these are some of the areas the WM has focused to uplift and concentrate based on social concerns and issues as observed and discussed. One of the most important mission, the First Fruit Ministry (FFM), is a mission-project initiated in the light of recognising the downtrodden believers- The FFM offerings are utilised and directed to enable these group of believers to be Self-Reliant by recognising individual's skills, talent and creativity in the wake of spiritually bringing them closer to God.
